A L'Olivier Baux de Provence Extra Virgin Olive Oil 250ml

In the heart of the Alpilles Massif, the PDO Baux de Provence olive oil comes from a region with exceptional olive-growing soil. Our PDO Baux de Provence valley olive oil is characterised by the presence of at least two of the following flavours: grass, apple, almond, artichoke or hazelnut. It’s also moderately bitter and pungent.

This oil is delicious on green and mixed salads as well as in marinades for meat and fish. It can also be used to garnish grilled fish, roasted meats or vegetables. It makes a great dip for garlic bread, too.
